Retaliation against the complainant, respondent, or any person who filed a complaint or participated in an investigation, is prohibited. If a complaint is given to a District employee, the District employee will promptly forward all information regarding the complaint to the Title IX Coordinator. If any student, District parent, or party expresses a concern about conduct that may constitute sex discrimination under Title IX or its regulations, they should promptly contact the Title IX Coordinator. District employees who have information about conduct that reasonably may constitute sex discrimination under Title IX or its regulations must notify the Title IX Coordinator. The Title IX Coordinator will monitor the District's education program for barriers to reporting information about conduct that reasonably may constitute sex discrimination under Title IX or its regulations and take steps reasonably calculated to address such barriers.
