Stay Informed

The Plateau Valley Board of Education is committed to open communication and informed decision making. This section provides access to our meetings, agendas and official minutes so your families, staff and community members can stay engaged with the work of the board.

Regular Board meetings are held the third Wednesday of the month in the PV Media Center. Agendas are posted at a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Minutes are approved and shared after each meeting.

We lead with GRIT—Greatness, Resilience, Inspiration, and Teamwork—because what starts here changes the world.

District Accountability Committee

District Accountability Committee (DAC) or PVAC

Supporting Excellence. Encouraging Voice. Driving Growth.

The Plateau Valley District Accountability Committee (DAC) serves as a collaborative advisory group focused on improving outcomes for all students. Required under Colorado law (HB 10-1388), the DAC brings together parents, staff, community members, and administrators to review data, inform decision-making, and provide input on major district priorities.

The DAC plays an essential role in shaping the Unified Improvement Plan (UIP), reviewing the district budget, and advising on matters such as charter applications, school improvement strategies, and family engagement efforts.

At Plateau Valley, we believe in continuous growth — because what starts here changes the world. The DAC is one way we live out that belief, ensuring that every decision we make reflects both student needs and community values.

PVAC meets the second Wednesday of each month at 4:30pm in the Media Center.
